About SaaS Coverage

SaaS Coverage is a specialty division of Contractors Choice Agency, an insurance agency founded in 2005 and dedicated to placing coverage that actually fits how a business operates — not a generic template built for a storefront or a job site.

Software companies carry a different risk profile than almost any other kind of business. There's usually no physical location for a customer to be injured at, but there is a codebase that can fail, systems that can be breached, contracts that require specific certificates, and a board that carries governance exposure the moment outside investors join. We build programs around that reality instead of forcing a SaaS company into a policy shape meant for a retail shop.
